Damage or Defective Return Policy
If an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to resolve the problem. Therefore, please check all items immediately upon receipt.
General Return Policy
Items that are returned within 14 days of receipt by a customer may be eligible for return. Please call (814) 839-4141 or (814) 839-4612 for an “initial” approval.
If an “initial” approval is given the customer will be prompted to return the item(s). All fees to return the item(s) will be at the customer’s expense. Upon receiving the items McCoy’s Equipment will determine if the item is in condition to be resold. If the item(s) are in condition to be resold a “final” return approval will be given for the returned item(s).
When a final approval is granted there will be a 20% restocking fee for the returned item(s). This 20% restocking fee does not include the customer’s shipping charge. The customer will only receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus the 20% restocking fee.
If an item is returned with obvious wear and tear the return’s “initial” approval will be considered rejected. If an item return is rejected the item(s) will be returned back to the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event a customer wants to cancel an existing order, there may or may not be a cancellation fee.
- If the order is still pending and has not been shipped, there is no fee to cancel an item. Please call (814) 839-4141 or (814) 839-4612 during normal business hours to cancel an order. You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers will receive a refund for the amount charged including shipping costs.
- If an order has been shipped then the “General Return Policy” will be in affect. The customer will be charged a restocking fee and all fees to return the item(s) will be at the customer’s expense. The customer will only receive a refund for the amount charged for the item(s) minus the 20% restocking fee. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
